Reviews During Software Development

Overview

This two-part seminar will enable you to effectively test during software development by conducting walkthroughs, checkpoint reviews, and inspections. It provides a well-defined process for implementing the quality control process throughout the software development life cycle. An extensive set of checklists, forms, and worksheets are provided to efficiently perform each type of review. The variety of reviews provides a proven method to detect defects formally and informally, in a single product as well as multiple products.

This two-day seminar concentrates on both managing tasks (the process of facilitation) and leading the process (the people aspect). Included throughout this seminar are numerous exercises and worksheets to reinforce effective facilitation techniques.
