~ 2-Day Managers’ Workshop ~
October 1-2, 2007
One of the major conclusions from QAI’s Annual Software Testing Manager’s Workshop was the need to address how to meet the increased testing workload with the same or fewer resources. Software Testing Managers’ Workshop shares effective and proven solutions used by other attendees and the QAI workshop faculty to do more software testing with less resources.

Together, you and the QAI professional staff propose today’s top software testing challenges that today’s managers face. Challenges proposed during the last conference included:
  • Budgeting for software changes
  • Discovering the right exploratory software testing techniques for your organization
  • Identifying the Best-of-the-Best software testing tools
  • Using time efficiently to improve the software testing process
  • Measuring the value of software testing and risk-based test plans

Using QAI’s “three-cubed” approach, the attendees share the Best-of-the-Best alternative solutions, which are then critiqued by the workshop faculty. By the conclusion of the 2-Day Managers’ Workshop, attendees leave the workshop with immediately implementable solutions to their software testing challenges.

Who should attend the Managers' Workshop:

  • Managers
  • QA Analysts that support managers
  • Business Analysts
  • CIOs & CTOs
