Your final presentation, in PowerPoint 97 or 2000 format, must be provided to us by June 15, 2006 to enable us to include it on the CD of the Conference proceedings and make copies for the attendees. Please forward it to Tonia Hearst.

If you haven’t already, please provide us with a recent photograph of yourself in JPG or GIF format, no larger than 125 x 140 pixels. The photo will be posted with your presentation abstract and biography.

• As a Presenter, you receive one complimentary full registration for all three days of the Conference and admittance to the Conference Reception.
  
• At the Conference, go to the registration desk to receive your Speaker’s registration package. For your convenience a pre-registration table will be available on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2006 between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. on the Convention level of the hotel.
  
• We will provide a laptop loaded with your presentation as well as a data projector for all presentations. We will also provide hard copies of your presentation to the session participants if it is received by the deadline. Your presentation will also be placed onto the Conference CD ROM which is provided to all registrants .
